2009 Demonstration Schedule

If you are craving to upgrade your culinary know-how be sure to visit the Demonstration Kitchen at the 2009 Food and Wine Show. Between Friday, October 23rd and Sunday, October 25th fifteen of the area’s most exceptional food and wine professionals will offer exclusive insight into their particular field.

Although each demonstrator comes with high ranking expertise, their specialties are diverse. Show attendees will be able to walk away with more knowledge.

Each demonstration will last 45 minutes and will allow 15 minutes in between to digest your teachings. Regardless of whether you have the time to indulge in every demonstration or can only sample one, you are guaranteed to enhance culinary skills.
